A 100 TPD Kiln Girth Gear is a large, precision-engineered mechanical gear used to drive rotary kilns with a production capacity of 100 tons per day. It is mounted around the kiln shell and meshes with the pinion gear to transmit torque from the drive system, ensuring smooth and uniform kiln rotation.

Manufactured from high-quality forged or cast alloy steel, the girth gear is machined and heat-treated for maximum strength, durability, and wear resistance. The gear teeth are accurately profiled to maintain perfect meshing, minimize vibration, and ensure quiet operation.

This girth gear is designed for heavy-duty continuous operation in cement, sponge iron, lime, and mineral processing kilns, offering long service life and easy maintenance. It is supplied either in a single-piece or two-piece split design for convenient transportation and assembly on-site.
